Hawk and I went hiking with our good friends Michael and Christine up in Topanga Canyon today. The hike was about 4 miles round trip and we tried to go see a waterfall, but this being summer in L.A., there was no water in the waterfall. It was hotter than hell, but worth it in the end.

Went to go see Super Size Me last night. It’s the documentary by Morgan Spurlock where he eats nothing but McDonalds for a month. Wow. It was a really great movie, but very very disheartening. There is something seriously wrong with our country and the way we eat. There was a part in it about public school lunch programs and that just about made me ill. Anyway, I highly recommend everyone to go see it. It may change the way you eat.
