Meet the baby:
After a lovely Thanksgiving, today I went with my parents up to Sacramento and they adopted a miniature daschshund puppy. He’s only four weeks old and they are going to pick him up on Christmas Eve.
ISN’T HE ADORABLE??!??!?!?!!?
We haven’t named him yet, but we’re thinking of good Germanic names to honor his heritage

Udo - prosperity, fortune
Love Opus - we could call him Opie! I’ve passed that along to the rest of the family who says “we still need to see what he’s like, but its definitely a good start.” Thanks Cooper.
Gorgeous puppy
My mother used to have a dachshund as a child. He loved to swing on a rope. They’d tie a knot on the end of the rope, he’d bite into and hold on, they’d swing him around in circles. LOL He loved it!
