Also, the judge I work for and his wife gave us a gift certificate for a two night stay at their favorite hotel in Paris. They know that we’re planning our trip for the spring, and they are huge fans of Paris. I think we’re going to save it for the end of our trip, when we’re headed home. After a month in hostels, a nice private hotel room around the corner from Notre Dame will be perfect.

For Christmas, my wonderful parents gave us a gift certificate to stay here. So yesterday I made our reservation to go Valentine’s Day weekend. I can’t wait. We’ll eat good food, do some wine tasting. And our room will have a king size bed, a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. Doesn’t get much better than that!
