Cooper and Alicia’s wedding was the best ever! It was on the beach at sunset, and was absolutely perfect. Congrats guys!

I got my first pedicure in about six months today, in honor of warm weather and being able to wear open toed shoes in Mexico for Cooper’s wedding this weekend. The lady who did my pedicure painted these really cute flowers with little gemstone centers. I was so impressed, I thought I’d share.
Again, if nothing else - easily amused.
Last night we played poker with our friends Vinnie, Tony and Kristen and Hawk’s brother Nick. I got cleaned out, but Hawk did pretty good. Nick, benefitting from the many hours of internet poker he’e been playing lately, did the best. As he would say, he "pooned" us.
Tony praying for a good hand.
Big Daddy Nick, poker playing champ.
Vinnie, after many beers and many lost hands.
I’ve got this huge box of photos that are sitting in a closet doing me absolutely no good, so I decided it’s time to bust out the scanner and put them on my computer.
Here’s Me and my Mommy
What is it about Hollywood couples and their seeming inability to stay together for more than a year? Just today, Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen have separated and Katie Holmes and Chris Klein have called off their engagement. At least they weren’t married yet; Denise Richards is six months pregnant with their second child! Talk about bad timing.
Last week our trusty Starbucks Barista espresso machine died. We got it as a wedding gift, and it served us well for almost five whole years. RIP, Barista. The sad part of this story though, is that we were without lattes for a whole week. I don’t know how we survived, truly.
Now, meet the new Francis Francis! X5. Note the gleaming Italian-red metal, the glowing stainless steel, the clean lines. And this thing can make foam like you wouldn’t believe.
I know, how exciting is my life if I’m taking pictures of my new espresso machine, but hey, if nothing else, I’m easily amused.
Our best friend Cooper marries his love, Alicia, today at City Hall in San Francisco. We go to Mexico next weekend to see them have a ceremony on the beach for all their friends and family, but today is the legal bit.
I just wanted to say to both of them how happy I am for them. Cooper is a different man since he has been with Alicia, and he has changed for the better. The main difference is - he’s happy. I think for the first time in his life he is truly, truly happy. Finding someone who loves you for who you are is the best thing in the world. And Alicia is an amazing woman - strong and fierce but so warm and loving, smart and beautiful. Cooper is a lucky man, and Alicia is a lucky woman.
I am so happy that they found each other. I wish them nothing but the best, forever.
