So there’s a lot of wildfires burning here in L.A., the closest being in Chatsworth, in the western part of the valley, probably less than 20 miles from us, in the hills. The whole western sky is filled with smoke, and there’s ash falling like snowflakes all over. I hope they get it contained soon, but what with the 100 degree days we’ve been having coupled with strong winds, it doesn’t look good.
It does make for some beautiful sunsets though:
