Does anyone have any suggestions for cool websites/new blogs? I am so bored with all of my usual haunts (no offense if you are the author of any of my regular stops). I’m open to anything - entertainment, arts/crafts, science, music, art. Anything.

I ran another 5K this morning - The Deena Kastor 5K in Agoura Hills. It rocked - I finished in 37:30 and only walked a minute and a half the whole time. It was an absolutely beautiful morning. Really cold, which turned out to be very helpful after a mile or two. I ran it by myself this time (my Dad ran with me back in December), and it was really nice. I just found my own pace and enjoyed the scenery.
Hawk was at the finish line waiting for me (he was such a trooper to get up with me at 6am and brave the cold) with kisses and congratulations. I’m really proud of myself. It feels really good to know that I’m doing something to make myself stronger and healthier. Yay me!
