<description>I believe in order too. Sometimes I hear the universe speaking to me, sometimes I don't. I also have a hard time quieting my mind, it's always racing and I usually have a really hard time sleeping! I used to meditate while smoking...taking a break and going outside was my quiet time and since I've quit (7 months next week), I've been without that kind of outlet. Spinning quiets me, but lately I've been too whipped up to be able to sit down to it.

Anyway, reading this post just now was timely for me because I had a long talk with my aunt this afternoon and we talked about the same sort of things you write about discussing with your therapist. Interesting.

<description>I think that we're similar in the sense that we believe that there's a path for us and we try to find that path. While I do believe in God and I believe that if I have faith the answers that I look for will come, I am glad that you are finding peace with yourself and recognizing the things that you need to work through to make your life the life you want.

It's tough for anyone to know what they're *supposed* to be doing in any situation, let alone one that is so close to your heart.
