Aww. I’m kind of feeling the same way. Although, technically, it’s one of the longest spans between Thanksgiving and Christmas in years, it does feel like it’s sneaking up on us doesn’t it?

What’s even more sad is that my wedding anniversary is Christmas eve. I think I’m not looking forward to decorating because I HAVE NO HELP. Do you have any idea how long it takes to put 14,000 twinkle lights on your tree? Hours. At least three hours, actually. And it’s even more of a pain in the ass to take them off.

I can totally relate to not getting in the spirit. I’m fine purchasing the gifts, but I can’t just get into the decorations.

I’m ok with anything Christmas as long as it’s AFTER Thanksgiving. But I know how you feel - I was like that last year. And it’s been pretty hot here until just this week so “let it snow” just sounds weird, doesn’t it?

So so true. My dad said he was feeling the same and I asked why and he had the same exact reason… Christmas in October is just too soon. But one thing is for sure, it will come fast and then it’ll be over with. Hope you get your christmas mojo soon.
